 The year 2025 marked a significant period of progress for PSS. We successfully completed the business revitalization initiatives we have pursued to date, and beginning in the first quarter of the fiscal year ending June 2026, their positive effects have begun to materialize as expected. In addition, with the appointment of new board members, further organizational restructuring, and the strengthening of governance and internal controls, we are steadily building a more robust and resilient corporate foundation.
