Product Description

MagDEA Dx MV II can extract viral nucleic acid and cfDNA from 1 mL sample. All the reagents required for nucleic acid extraction are pre-filled in the cartridge, which allows simple and user-friendly extraction of high-quality nucleic acid with high reproducibility at minimal hands-on time.

The minimum elution volume is 50 µL, and the target nucleic acid can be concentrated up to 20 times. The extracted nucleic acid can be used in downstream applications such as Real-time PCR, RT-PCR, TapeStation, and digital PCR.

- Up to 5x higher concentration than with MagDEA Dx SV possible.

Extracting with an automatic device makes it possible to obtain the target nucleic acid in high reproducibility.

- Since all necessary reagents are pre-filled in a cartridge, only few manual steps are required for preparation.
- No manual operation such as peeling off the aluminum seal or dispensing the elution buffer is required.
